Do you offer refunds?
Contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed case by case when the plan has not been substantially used.
Does every reviewer need a Team seat?
No. Team seats are for editors who create and manage work. Clients and stakeholders can open private review links for free.
What happens when I need a fourth editor?
The Team owner can add capacity for $8 per extra editor each month. Sending an invite never increases the bill automatically.
